Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our subscription provides four products per year, delivered approximately once every three months. You can choose to pay for your subscription either in full upfront or by quarterly payments.

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You do not need to wait until the end of your 12-month subscription period to cancel.

When you cancel, we will stop any future payments and future deliveries associated with your subscription.

If you have already paid for products that you have not yet received, we will refund you for those undelivered products.

How Your Refund Is Calculated

Your subscription covers four products over a 12-month period. For cancellation purposes, the subscription price is allocated across the four products.

If you cancel after receiving one, two or three products, you will be refunded the amount attributable to the products you have paid for but have not yet received.

For example:

• If you have paid for all four products upfront and cancel after receiving one, you will receive a refund for the remaining three products.
• If you cancel after receiving two products, you will receive a refund for the remaining two products.
• If you cancel after receiving three products, you will receive a refund for the remaining one product.
• Any delivery charges relating to products that have already been delivered are non-refundable.

Pay in Full

If you choose to pay for your 12-month subscription in full at the time of subscribing, you may cancel at any time.

If you cancel before receiving all four products, we will refund the amount attributable to the products you have not yet received.

For example, if your annual subscription costs £120, each of the four products would have an allocated value of £30. If you cancel after receiving two products, you would be entitled to a refund of £60 for the two products that you have not received.

Quarterly Payments

If you choose to pay quarterly, you will be charged according to the quarterly payment schedule.

You can cancel at any time. Once your cancellation is processed, no further quarterly payments will be taken.

If you have paid for a product that you have not yet received, you will receive a refund for that product.

For example, if your annual subscription costs £120 and you pay £30 per quarter, each product has an allocated value of £30. If you cancel after receiving two products and have made three quarterly payments (£90), you would receive a £30 refund for the product you have paid for but not yet received.

If you cancel before a future quarterly payment is due, that payment will simply not be taken.

Products Already Dispatched

If your cancellation is received after a product has been dispatched, that product will be treated as having been received for the purposes of calculating your refund.

Where you are exercising a statutory cancellation right, different rules may apply and you may be entitled to return the product and receive a refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Once your cancellation has been processed, we will confirm the cancellation and any refund due.

Refunds

Where a refund is due under this policy, we will calculate the amount based on the products remaining in your subscription that you have paid for but have not received.

Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Where UK consumer law gives you a right to cancel, return goods or receive a refund, those rights will continue to apply.
