Confidence Club

Confidence Club is a relaxed, supportive club for you if you’re 10+, where you can feel good about yourself, explore growing up & build confidence. Through games, creativity, crafts & honest conversations, you can ask questions, share worries & learn about your body, mind & wellbeing — with no pressure to talk, share or take part. You’ll gain tools to support your mental health, confidence & body image, while making friends, having fun & feeling comfortable being yourself

Frequently asked questions

Does my child need to come to all sessions?

No. You do need to sign-up for the programme, but once we have sign-up information your child can drop-in as convenient. However we highly encourage attending all or most of the club sessions, to build trust and good relationships and achieve the best outcomes. We understand family, school occasions or illness are normal — please just let us know.

My child is anxious - can I accompany them on the programme?

We understand new places can cause anxiety, especially for young people with additional needs. We welcome one parent to accompany their child to the first session if needed — mention your child's needs on the sign-up form and we'll arrange a phone call.

Is there a cost?

We offer free and fully funded spaces for specific groups of young people and we also offer a term-fee. We are trying to keep costs low.
